Sorry for the Inconvenience of English reply, but it seems that the Chinese IME stopped working on me.
The latest update CDP file is located on 1st Floor of my CRH2 thread. You can just download it and replace the old one.
You should also check the Missing Dependency of Map and Route "shengfeng" in content manager so that you could get a dependency report then screenshot it or save the report send it here. I shall find these missing stuffs for you as long as I can
